Questions creators ask
How do payouts work?
Your share of every Talk appears in your earnings as soon as the Talk ends. After a 7-day hold, you can withdraw to your bank, once a week. Your first withdrawal asks for your PAN and bank details, checked once.
What about taxes and TDS?
We deduct TDS on payouts as the Income Tax rules require, and show it on each payout statement so you can claim it in your return. GST is charged to fans when they recharge, not taken from your earnings. Ask your own tax adviser about your situation.
Do I need to be online all the time?
No. A Talk request rings for 60 seconds. If you miss it, the fan pays nothing and can leave you a message. Many creators announce a weekly Live Talk hour so fans know when to find them.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. Chat starts at ₹3 a minute and video at ₹6 a minute, with no maximum. Change your prices any time in the app. A Talk already running keeps the price it started with.
What if someone is abusive?
End the Talk with one tap, then block and report them. Our team reviews every report, and people who break the rules lose their account. Contact details are blocked in chat, and you choose who can video call you directly.
Is it free to join?
Yes. You pay nothing to join and there is no subscription. Gagglo only earns its share when your fans pay for a Talk.
